SUBSTANCE: method involves determining threshold value in reducing systolic speed in orbital artery on injured side. Orbit computer tomography examination is carried out for determining topometric bone orbit parameters with narrow and elongated or broad and short orbit specification being added. Doppler flowmetric parameters are correlated to topometric data to predict vision function disorders.
