FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves setting endoprosthesis. Tensile force directed from proximal to distal end of lower extremity is formed. The tensile force is applied between proximal to distal bearing bases before beginning operation. The proximal and distal bearing bases are built below and above the hip joint beyond the operation zone with distraction rods fixed on proximal and distal bearing bases. The distraction rods are removed before doing operation and returned to the original places after having finished the operation. The rods are kept until cicatricial capsule is formed around the endoprosthesis. The proximal bearing base is manufactured as rigid bandage fixable on body without violating skin integrity as rigid corset. The distal bearing base is manufactured as rigid frame or strip and attached to distal femur zone of proximal tibia zone.
EFFECT: allowed patient mobility in postoperative period; reduced soft tissue injury and hip joint dislocation risk.
