FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out proximal supporting basis of the apparatus of external fixation in the form of tight bandage to be fixed on the body without affecting the skin as a tight corset, moreover, one should fix distal supporting basis perosseously. After mounting endoprosthesis upon supporting bases one should fix the ends of distraction rods, create mechanical loading along inferior limb to reconstruct its normal length, keep external carriers at their places till forming cicatricial pseudocapsule around the endoprosthesis mounted in the course of operation. The innovation enables to decrease traumatism, increase surgical field during operation upon a limb and provide reliable fixation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
