FIELD: medicine, in particular, prophylaxis and treatment of involutional age changes of face and neck skin as rehabilitation means for insult patients, as well as in gerontological practices for memory improvement.

SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing facial muscles to actions performed in two stages: at first stage, investigating muscular carcass of face and neck; determining skin projection of arrangement of muscle to be exercised; applying finger pads or piece of leucoplast onto symmetrical skin projection of muscle to be exercised; fixing it and performing mimic jests in zone corresponding to muscle under exercising process; counting loading thereon by duration of contraction phase thereof; at contraction duration of 4-6 s, providing 20-30 actions; at contraction duration of 2-3 s - 80-100 actions per one pass; at second stage: with loading counted in seconds, applying counteracting force to said muscle through pressing by means of finger pads against tissue under projected muscle so that upon muscle contraction skin is not offset; to do that, providing by means of fingers counteraction to ejecting motion of muscle under exercising process relative to hand with force equal to force developed during muscle contraction; doing complex of exercises during 30-40 min per day, 3-4 times a week, in 1-2 days.

EFFECT: elimination of muscles hypertrophy and drooping of soft tissues of face, improvement of tissue trophicity and enhanced venous and lymphatic drainage.
