FIELD: medicine; domestic appliances; biological engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for producing negatively charged nano-particles has power supply, casing, controller and electron emitter. Power supply is connected to electron emitter and to controller. Device has one electron emitter named as super-small electron emitter. Emitting part of the emitter has size of micron or submicron level. Emitter has to be electrode with only one potential applied to electrode. Value of potential of electrode is chosen within -2kV to -29kV range. As a result mentioned electrode emits electrodes due to tunnel effect. Radiated electrons combine with nano-particles in air to form negatively charged nano-particles. Method of production of negatively charged nano-particles is also described.
