FIELD: mechanical engineering; unloading equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for unloading dumpcars contains receiving hopper 1 and track for dumpcars 3. Posts secured on inner surfaces of end face walls of body of dumpcar 3 from opening side. L-shaped scrapers 10 are secured on said posts for turning in plane of bottom and adjoining end face walls and non-opening side of body. Forks are secured on free ends of scrapers in their upper part for arrangement of lower spans of wire ropes closed on drum of winch 19 installed behind receiving hopper and deflecting sheaves 20 for upper spans. Two clamps are secured on lower spans of wire ropes for engagement with forks from side of non-opening and opening sides of body when unloading dumpcar.
EFFECT: provision of complete discharging of sticky loads from dumpcar bodies directly into receiver hopper.
