RECEIVING COMPLEX FOR UNLOADING DUMPCARS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B65G67/26 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; unloading.

SUBSTANCE: proposed receiving complex for unloading dumpcars contains receiving hopper 1 for dumpcars, on end faces walls of hopper body tubular guides 8 and 9 are secured from inner side. Closed wire rope is passed through each pair of tubular guides. Upper spans of wire ropes are coupled with flexible members 18 secured on drums of winches 20 installed at side of rail track opposite to hopper. Deflecting sheaves are installed after hopper over which said flexible members pass, being arranged in line with end face walls. Lower spans of wire ropes are fixed on additional steel wire rope orientated along dumpcar body and arranged at opposite side of body relative to coupler.

EFFECT: provision of complete discharging of sticky loads from dumpcar bodies directly into receiving hopper.
