FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfer of rocks by dump cars from open pit to concentration plant. Proposed complex comprises horizontal guides 4 arranged above receiving bin 1 for cart 5 to run in. Dump car cleaner made up of driven bar-type working tool 9 with chain 10 is arranged on triangular frame 7. Alternating scrapers 23 and steel brushes are arranged along said chain. Atop the bar-type tool case inertial vibrator 26 and stops 12 are arranged to interact with inner surface of dump car body inner surfaces 13 and face walls 14 and to cover chain extending elements. Said cart is provided with horizontal rollers 16, 17 arranged in its both sides to roll in vertical walls of guides 4. Said cart is articulated by vertical closed-circuit chain 16 with drive and tensioning sprockets 19 and 20 to allow upper flight of said chain to be located above cart to rest on aforesaid rollers running on shafts fitted in cart. Cart is furnished with counterweight 22.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
