INTAKE COMPLEX FOR UNLOADING DUMPCARS Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B65G67/26 B61D9/12 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; unloading of vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed intake complex for unloading dumpacars has intake hopper 1 and rail track for dumpacars. Tubular guides 8 are installed on end face walls 4 of dumper body from inner side, being secured square to bottom of body and arranged at edges of end face walls and provided with deflecting sheaves installed over and under guides with shifts inwards the body. Endless closed steel wire ropes are passed through each pair of tubular guides for enclosing the deflecting sheaves, wire ropes being coupled with flexible members 18 of winches 20 installed from side of rail track opposite to hopper. Deflecting sheaves for flexible members 18 are installed behind the hopper for arrangement in line with end face walls of dumpcar body in zone of unloading into intake hopper, flexible members 18 being orientated parallel to upper edges of end walls of body after duping. T-joints are secured on lower strands of steel wire ropes with fixed on free ends of additional steel wire rope orientated along body and arranged at opposite side of body relative to T-joints, deflecting sheaves being enclosed in case.

EFFECT: provision of complete emptying of dumpcar body from sticky loads.
