FIELD: railway equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises horizontal guides (4) arranged above intake hopper (1) for wheels (5) of truck (6). Triangular frame is mounted from below the truck accommodates the device designed to clean dump car body after dumping that represents a drive unit with rotary continuous member (9) with cam chain articulated with said unit. Said continuous working member length equals the dump car body width. Continuous member casing top accommodates stops (12) interacting with inner surface of body sides and face walls and covering extending elements of cam chain. Truck is furnished with horizontally arranged rollers mounted on both side of the truck to roll down over vertical walls of guides (4). Said truck is articulated with drive and tension sprockets with the help of close chain drive, the chain drive upper run being arranged above the truck to rest upon rollers running on horizontal axles of the truck. The latter is furnished with counterweight (22).

EFFECT: complete dumping and cleaning of adhered and frozen cargoes.
