FIELD: building, particularly protective arrangements for foundations or foundation structures.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bordering area corresponding to perimeter of foundation to be erected; mounting compensation means, which prevent ground settlement as a result of vertical and horizontal displacement; arranging foundation; retaining ground in deflected mode on construction completion. The area is bordered by digging out vertical slot along foundation perimeter and creating additional vertical slots under base of foundation to be erected so that several sectors are formed. Multichamber pneumatic shells are immersed in the vertical slots and the shells are filled with compressed air to compress ground in horizontal plane up to predetermined deflected mode creation with following regulation of pressure parameter during foundation erection before consolidation process termination.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity and reduced ground deformation due to regulation of ground deflected mode.
