FIELD: aerial technique.

SUBSTANCE: first controlled cellular structure made in form of screen or fairing, which is mounted in front of aerial, reflector of aerial, has parts of second controlled cellular structure, which parts are placed conformal with surface of reflector. Sizes of parts are equal or bigger than 5λx5λ. The parts change phase of reflected signal in such a way that parabolic law of change in reflector's reflection factor is not violated. Methods of manufacture of first and second cellular structures is described as well as mathematic formulas for determination of different parameters of cellular structures are given. Level of side lobes of aerial is reduced within wide frequency range which results to significant reduction of effective surface of dissipation of aerial not only during non-working period of time but during working ones as well while level of reduction of efficient surface of dissipation of aerial is kept constant within borders of its main lobe.
