FIELD: the proposed technical decisions refer to the field of radiolocation and may be used for measuring objects' angular coordinates.

SUBSTANCE: the technical result is achieved by that in technical decisions including radiation of sounding signals, reception and detection of signals reflected from an object, measuring levels of received signals and a beam's angular coordinates corresponding to received signals, forming two-dimensional angular packets of received signals, execute an analysis of two-dimensional angular packet of received signals on the basis of which an object's angular coordinates are computed.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of an object's angular coordinates.
