FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has sealed reservoir with carbon dioxide absorber and internal reservoir pressure compensation means designed as flexible rubber balloon communicating with atmospheric air. Air is preliminarily pumped-out from the balloon. Pressure transducer is connected to the reservoir for recording respiratory mixture pressure.
EFFECT: excluded concomitant hypobaria and hypercapnia.
