FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: one-phased semi-bridge inverter contains semi-bridge in form of two transistors serially connected in conductive direction and two reverse diodes. Second semi-bridge is formed by two serially connected capacitors. Diagonal of alternating current additionally includes load of mainly transformer type, while direct current diagonal is connected to appropriate poles of power source, bridged by smoothing capacitor. Circuit additionally contains four-winding transformer with three similar primary windings and one secondary winding, connected to control system. Primary windings form a bifilar in load contour, and in case of through short circuit, short circuit current is preventively limited at level of transformer magnetization current.
EFFECT: increased reliability of protection.
