FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed method, workpiece is fed into rotary inclined ring slot, the workpiece lower-diametre end being inserted into seat. Thereafter, the workpiece is directed into discharge chute. If the workpiece greater-diametre end is fed into the said seat, it is transferred by the ring into aforesaid seat and, via through inclined channel, into aforesaid discharge chute.

EFFECT: expanded performances.
