FIELD: tire industry; methods and the devices for production of the tire-covers for the pneumatic tires.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the tire industry and may be used at manufacture of the tire-covers of the pneumatic tires. The method of production of the tire-covers in the automated system includes the set of the workstations, each of which is intended for assemblage of one appropriate building block of the produced tire at which provides the continuously preparation of the many different mixtures, each of which contains one elastomeric material. At production of each mixture the first extruding machine extrudes the compound free from the thermo-sensitive components and the extruded compound and the thermo-sensitive components are continuously introduced into the second extruding machine for production the compound intended for production of the indicated mixture. Then continuously feed one of the indicated mixtures into each of the indicated workstations, produce a set of the building components out of one of the indicated mixtures, manufacture the non- vulcanized tire-cover by deposition of the building components onto the toroidal support and vulcanize the indicated non- vulcanized tire-cover. The invention includes the system for production of the models of the tire-covers, which contains the assembly of production of the mixture including the first extruding machine for preparation of the compound free from the thermo-sensitive components and the second extruding machine for production of the compound with the thermo-sensitive components, mounted in series. The assembly of production of the mixture is capable for continuous feeding of one mixture for manufacture of one building component of the tire-cover into one of the workstations. The invention allows to reduce the duration of transportation of the mixtures and the semi-finished products and to simplify the control over the manufacture of the tire-covers.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the duration of the mixtures and the semi-finished products transportation and simplification of the control over the manufacture of the tire-covers.
