SUBSTANCE: bladder contains at least one first layer made from the first elastomeric material and one second layer made from the second elastomeric material differed from the first one. At that, the second layer is external relative to the first layer as to radius. Contact surface profile of the first and the second layers is wavy. Contact surface profile forms elements of mechanical engagement between the first and the second elastomeric materials. Wavy contact surface profile is formed by the first and the second elongated elements connected to each other in longitudinal direction in order to form continuous element in the form of a strip, which is wound around geometrical axis of expandable bladder.
EFFECT: manufacture of various layers of expandable bladder thus obtaining mechanical engagement between contact surfaces of those layers, which ensures manufacture of bladders containing inconsistent mixtures which are very reliable and have long life time.
