FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of gas bottles, bottles for fire extinguishers subjected to action of high pressure.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating one end of tube blank; curling heated end of blank for forming dead bottom with pole; sealing pole. In order to seal pole at least once on pole zone at side of inner surface of dead bottom anaerobic low viscosity composition is applied. Said composition is soaked at temperature no less than +5°C till finally polymerizing anaerobic composition whose viscosity is selected in range 1 - 100 MPa s. After polymerization of said anaerobic composition at least one additional application of anaerobic composition with viscosity 1 - 200 MPa s is realized.
EFFECT: lowered labor consumption and cost of making high-pressure bottles with enhanced fluid-tightness degree.
