FIELD: railway transport; brake systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system of rail vehicle has brake main line, set of actuating device "air distributor-electric air distributor" and standby reservoir, additional reservoir, pressure relay, brake cylinder and supply reservoir communicating with brake main line through check valve, all connected with actuating device set by pipelines. Brake system contains differential pressure relay, change-over valve and electropneumatic brake unit. Control space of differential pressure relay is connected to additional reservoir, input, to supply reservoir or to additional reservoir, and output, to one of input of change-over valve. Input of electropneumatic brake unit is connected to supply reservoir, and output, to second input of change-over valve, and output if change-over valve is connected to control space of pressure relay connecting brake cylinder with supply reservoir.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of braking owing to speed control of brake force.
