FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the brake systems of passenger cars. The braking system comprises brake blocks 3, 4 of the first and second bogies communicated with lines 1, 2 with protective covers and brackets for mounting on the car frame. Blocks 5, 6 of the pneumatic suspension system are mounted on the bearing plates of the brake blocks 3, 4, respectively, communicated with the supply line 1, devices 7, 8 and supply tanks 9, 10 of the pneumatic suspension system. The following are connected to the break line 2: air distributor 11, the electric air distributor 12 linked with the spare 13 reservoir, the additional reservoir 14, the pressure limiter 15, the first and second sets of actuators, including the pressure relays 16, 17 connected by the channel 44, communicated with the brake cylinders 18, 19, feed tanks 20, 21 connected to lines 1, 2 through ball valves 22, 23 with a group drive and filters 24, 25. In addition, electronic units 26, 27 are fixed on the brake units 3, 4. The air distributor 11 is made in the form of a block of instruments and contains a main part 28 with a mode switch 29, an accelerator 30 for emergency braking by a tank 31, a charging body 32 for a spare tank 13, a sensor 33. The pressure limiter 15 contains a switching valve 39, a gearbox 40 with a check valve, pressure sensors 41, 42, 43. The pressure limiter 15 is made with a valve for switching modes "Sh" - "T" (standard or transport) pressure in the brake cylinders 18, 19. Electronic blocks 26, 27 control the electro-pneumatic valves 34, 35 of the brake and release of the electric air distributor 12, process the signals of the sensors 33, 38, 41, 42, 43, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, transmit diagnostic information via an Ethernet channel in the car's ACS to implement a predictive diagnostic system.
EFFECT: increased reliability and safety of the braking system.
