FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns processing of heavy petroleum residua into fuel distillates via thermal hydrocracking involving donor-solvent processes. Process according to invention, in particular, comprises blending residual petroleum feedstock with liquid aromatized additive and performing thermal hydrocracking followed by recovering desired products. Blend is subjected to acoustic action with vibration frequency 0.5 to 50 Hz, intensity no less than 0.2 W/cm2, and set power at least 5 kW. Liquid aromatized additive is selected from: middle fraction of shale oil with boiling range 250-450°C, which contains at least 10.5 wt % atomic hydrogen; hydrofined fraction with boiling range 360-400°C; composition including hydrofined fraction with boiling range 360-400°C (1-6% based on the weight of feedstock) and molybdenum catalyst (0.01-0.05% based on the weight of feedstock); and composition including hydrofined fraction with boiling range 360-400°C and shale oil middle fraction with boiling range 250-450°C taken at weight ratio 1:(0.6-1.5).
EFFECT: enabled full or partial replacement of costly liquid aromatized additive (shale oil middle fraction with boiling range 250-450°C) by less costly aromatized additive at the same yield of final product.
