FIELD: alimentary product.

SUBSTANCE: device for carbonation of the sugar-containing solution includes the pipe-connected cylindrical reservoirs; first reservoir is supplied with the sugar-containing solution feeding branch and the gas distributor which is installed at the reservoir cover; the second reservoir is supplied with the sugar-containing solution venting branch, the gas distributor and the cylindrical shell ring installed inside. The gas distributor of the first reservoir corresponds to the liquid-gas injector with the nozzle connected via the pipeline to the defecated sugar-containing solution feeding pump. Inside the second reservoir, the jets connected via the pipeline to the upper part of the first reservoir are installed. The gas distributor of the second reservoir consists of the gas-liquid injectors placed horizontally in the lower part of the cylindrical shell ring, tangent-wise to its wall.

EFFECT: increased coefficient of carbon dioxide utilisation from carbonating gas and effective cleaning of sugar-containing solution.
