SUBSTANCE: duration of time intervals between acts of decomposition are preliminary averaged by using re-calculation scheme. Not all the time intervals, but only short ones which have duration not to exceed value, determined from condition of keeping of useful signal, are registered from output of re-calculation scheme.
EFFECT: reduced static errors; reduced background radiation.
