SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier designed for amplifying analog signals of wide dynamic range and can be used in miscellaneous analog integrated circuits to function, for instance, as operational amplifier has input transistors 1, 2 whose emitters are coupled with output transistors 5, 6 whose bases are interconnected and connected to collectors of auxiliary transistors 7, 8 whose bases are interconnected; it also has reference-voltage supply 9; collectors of output transistors 5, 6 are connected to reference-current supplies 10, 11; bases of auxiliary transistors 12 13 are interconnected and their collectors are connected to bases of auxiliary transistors 7, 8. Emitters of auxiliary transistors 7, 13 are coupled with collector of output transistor 5; emitters of auxiliary transistors 8, 12 are coupled with collector of output transistor 6.

EFFECT: extended linear signal amplifying range.
