FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier containing input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs, current mirror (4) having low-resistance (5) and high-resistance (6) emitter inputs, the main inverting input (7) and current output (8), the first (9) and the second (10) auxiliary transistors the emitters of which are connected through the first (11) and the second (12) current-stabilising bipoles to the first (13) power supply bus, steady-state conditions (14) circuit connected to base of the first (9) auxiliary transistor, buffer amplifier (15) the input transistor (16) of which is connected to collector of the second (10) auxiliary transistor and connected to current output (8) of current mirror (4), collector of the first (9) auxiliary transistor is connected to the main inverting input (7) of current mirror (4), low-resistance (5) and high-resistance (6) emitter inputs of current mirror (4) are connected to the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs respectively of input differential cascade (1) and through the third (17) and the fourth (18) current-stabilising bipoles are connected to the second (19) power supply bus. Base of the second (10) auxiliary transistor is connected to emitter of the first (9) auxiliary transistor, and conductivity type of input transistor (16) of buffer amplifier (15) coincides with conductivity type of the second (10) auxiliary transistor.
EFFECT: decreasing zero offset voltage Ucm and its drift in conditions of temperature and radiation effects.
