SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining industry and metallurgy industry, in particular, to the method of the dry concentration of the mineral raw materials including the low-magnetic and the non-magnetic ores. The method of the dry concentration of the mineral raw materials provides for the stage crushing and the air grading in the upward air flow. Before the air grading they conduct crushing of the concentrated mixture in the rolls. For this purpose the value of the maximum contact pressure on the rolls is regulated by means of variation of the angle of interaction of the material with the rolls at the entry into the area of deformation in such a manner that: if σn>σx, thenσn >Pm> σx, where σn is the ultimate strength or the experimentally determined strength, at which occurs the destruction of the extracted (useful) component of the mixture (Pa), Рm is the maximum normal contact strength on the rolls (Pa); σx is the ultimate strength or the experimentally determined strength, at which occurs destruction of the rock refuse components (tailings)(Pa), and ifσn <σx, thenσk >Pm> σn. The operations of fine crushing in the rolls and the air grading are sequentially repeated several times with the corresponding settings, depending on the quantity of the useful components extracted from the dressed mixture. The air grading in the upward flow is conducted in the centrifugal graders with the capability to create the centrifugal motion using the rotor or using the stationary adjustable blades. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the concentration of the mineral raw materials.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the concentration of the mineral raw materials.
