SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes imparting shape of hollow balls to fibers; outer diameter of balls is equal to Dball = cdfib, where c is index of ball from 5 to 90 and dfib is diameter of fibers at porosity ranging from 10 to 99.9%; then balls are subjected to molding and sintering which may be combined in one process performed at load of 10-3-1000 (N/sq mm).
