FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves a reducing melting stage, an oxidising melting stage and accelerated cooling of a product so that a target mineral component is obtained. According to the invention, at each melting stage, melt heating is combined with its mixing, and melt temperature and composition of introduced materials is controlled so that melt viscosity is within (0.1-0.9) Pa·s. After the accelerated cooling, the melting product is cleaned from metal inclusions by selective crushing of a non-metallic component and its removal from the mixture by an air flow so that the target mineral component is obtained. When Portland-cement clinker is obtained after the oxidising melting stage, there additionally performed is a stage of saturation of the melt with lime by mixing the lime with a thickening melt in the range of temperatures of formation of tricalcium silicate. As a result of the method's implementation, clinker and an active mineral additive - components of Portland-slag cement, as well as metal obtained as a result of the reducing melting stage is obtained.
EFFECT: method allows improving efficiency of metallurgical production owing to obtaining a new commercial product from wastes and returning the lost metal to production.
