At that, melting of iron-containing mixture, liquid-phase reduction of cast iron and its oxidative refining from impurities, oxidative refining of steel from excess carbon, deoxidation and alloying of steel is carried out in process chamber of melting, and formed in process of steel production slag melts are saturated with lime in process chamber of saturation by creation in thickening melt conditions for formation of alite first, and then - low-melting clinker minerals.
EFFECT: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and production of construction materials for production of steel and portland cement of preset composition.
