SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used to produce in a single process of steel and portland cement of a given composition. According to the invention, the liquid-phase reduction of cast iron is carried out, along with the adjustment of the chemical composition of the slag melt, the saturation of the melt with lime, accelerated cooling of clinker and cleaning it from metallic inclusions with obtaining portland cement. After the liquid-phase reduction of cast iron, oxidative refining of steel from impurities is carried out, along with separation of steel from refining slag, deoxidation and alloying of steel, and the adjustment of the chemical composition of the slag melt is carried out in the process of its saturation. In the process chamber melting-saturation spend liquid-phase reduction of cast iron, oxidative refining of steel from impurities and the saturation of the slag melt with lime. Saturation of the slag melt with lime is carried out by creating in a thickening melt the conditions for the formation of alite first, and then of low-melting clinker minerals. Deoxidation and alloying of steel is carried out in a casting ladle or furnace-ladle unit.
EFFECT: invention can be used to produce in a single process of steel and portland cement of a given composition.
