FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur "AROMAT SIBIRI BRUSNICHNAYA" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: "Alkosof" (carbohydrate modulus), 1.5-2.5 kg; citric acid providing mass concentration of acids to 0.4 g/100 cm3; cowberry alcoholized juice, 1099.5-1100.5 l; rowan melanocarpous alcoholized juice, 149.5-150.5 l; cowberry leaves and flower tea "Karkade" an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st and the II-d blend, 20.5-21.5 l; star anise an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st blend, 4.5-5.2 l; orange and tangerine an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st and the II-d blend, 30.5-31.5 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 1781.0-1782.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength 24%. Proposed liqueur allows expansion of assortment of sweet liqueurs, to prepare sweet liqueur with enhanced organoleptic, curative and nutrient properties. The combination of used components and their quantitative ratio allow to confer to liqueur red color, acid-sweet pleasant taste with tartness and after taste of muscatel wine, complex cowberry aroma with weak tints of tropic fruits. The use of "Alkosoft" allows to reduce toxic properties of liqueur, to enhance its aroma and to retain them in storage. EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
