SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur "Aromat Sibiri kljukvennaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: glucose syrup "Gljusideks", 9.5-10.5 kg; citric acid providing mass concentration of acids 0.4 g/100 cm3,; cranberry alcoholized juice, 1799.5-1800.5 ; bilberry fruit juice of the I-st and the II-d blend, 499.5-500.5 l; lemon an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st and the II-d blend, 25.0-26.0 l; lemon essential oil (1:10), 0.8-1.2 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 1976.6-1977.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength 24%. Proposed invention provides expansion of assortment of sweet liqueurs, preparing sweet liqueur with enhanced organoleptic, curative and nutrient properties. The combination of used components and their quantitative ratio allows to confer to liqueur red color, acid-sweet harmonic taste with weak grapefruit after taste, aroma of tropic fruits and enhanced stability in storage.
