FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accumulating fuel feed systems of diesel engines. Proposed electrohydraulic nozzle for diesel engine with accumulating system of fuel delivery contains body with fuel feed and drain channels and through axial space, hollow spray tip secured on body and provided with nozzle orifices, needle installed in spray tip space forming under-needle chamber and mated with carrying part of locking intensifier. Nozzle contains also needle lock spring, centering spacer, sealing part of locking intensifier made in form of piston which is precision-fitted in bushing of locking intensifier forming hydraulic control chamber, jet of hydraulic control chamber, hydraulic control ball valve, rod, armature, electromagnet and spring of hydraulic control valve. Found in spray tip body and nozzle body are mated fuel feed channels to jet of hydraulic control chamber from under-needle chamber of spray tip. All fuel used for hydraulic control of electrohydraulic nozzle from high-pressure line to hydraulic control jet passes through under-needle chamber of spray tip.
EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of electrohydraulic nozzle.
