FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accumulator fuel systems of diesel engines. Proposed electrohydraulic nozzle of diesel engine with accumulator fuel system contains housing with fuel feed and drain channels and through axial space, hollow spray tip with orifices secured on housing, needle installed in spray tip space with formation of under-needle chamber communicating with locking booster, needle locking spring, centering spacer, locking booster made in form of piston which is installed in bushing of locking booster forming hydraulic control chamber, jet of hydraulic control chamber, hydraulic control ball valve, rod, armature, electromagnet and spring of hydraulic control valve. Groove is made on side surface of locking booster which accommodates cylindrical hollow elastic element made of elastomer built between inner surface of locking booster bushing and outer surface of groove of locking booster over its length playing part of damper and at the same time sealing hydraulic control chamber. Elastomer element is rigidly coupled with said surfaces, and locking booster bushing and locking booster proper is not a precision pair.
EFFECT: simplified design of nozzle, improved reliability and increased service life.
