FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrohydraulic nozzle for diesel engine with accumulator fuel feed system contains body with fuel feed and drain channels and through axial space, hollow spray tip secured on body, needle valve, locking booster, needle valve locking spring, centering spacer, sealing part of locking booster, jet of hydraulic control chamber, hydraulic control ball valve, rod, armature, electromagnet and hydraulic control valve spring. Damper is placed coaxially between carrying part of locking booster and through axial space of nozzle of nozzle body. Said damper consists of cylindrical hollow housing and cylindrical hollow member made of elastomer. Said flexible member is built between inner surface of hollow housing of damper and outer surface of carrying part of locking booster. Flexible member made of elastomer is rigidly coupled with said surfaces. Damper housing is pressed to end face surface of booster bushing by needle valve locking spring and additionally by flexible spherical washer. Flexible member of hydraulic control valve is essentially steel cylindrical spring placed inside elastomer hollow cylinder. Said steel cylindrical spring is rigidly coupled with elastomer material over its surface.
EFFECT: improved reliability of nozzle and increased its service life.
