FIELD: infrared engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains adjusting channel, force channel, target detection channel and measuring channel. Adjusting channel of device is meant for precise positioning of sensitive element of researched photo-receiver in force channel and in target detection channel. For adjustment of optical part of circuit of experimental plant, optical axis of force laser is combined with optical axis of adjusting gas laser. Adjustment of channels is performed by means of combining gas laser radiation with center of force laser spot on safety asbestos screen - in force channel. In target detection channel, center of reflected beam of radiation of gas laser is combined with center of sensitive element of photo-detector being researched, positioned in the center of force channel ray, while force laser is disabled. Composition of force channel includes continuous CO2 laser, flat-parallel plates of KCl and BaF2, two-cascade electro-mechanical gate, a set of weakening nets, focusing lens of ZnSe. For imitation of infrared radiation of target, target detection channel is realized in device, consisting of solid mirror for reflection of selected part of energy of radiation of force laser in direction of detection of infrared receiver and electromechanical modulator. Measuring channel of device consists of gas laser, solid mirror, avalanche photo-diode, two-ray oscillograph, power meter and laser radiation energy, selective micro-voltmeter. For constant control over functioning of photo-detector and duration of influence impulse, channel contains video-camera, connected to video capture card of personal computer. Image, recorded from screen of oscillograph by video camera onto hard drive of personal computer is used for further processing to determine effect of laser radiation on modes of functioning of photo-detector being studied. For controlling activation duration of two-cascade electromechanical gate, digital interface board with control and indication block is connected to personal computer. Time of activation of two-cascade electromechanical gate is not worse than 10-2 seconds and is determined by inertia of inductance coils and mechanical drive of gate elements.
EFFECT: invention allows realization of laser radiation influence onto photo-receiver, both in continuous laser operation mode and in impulse (impulse-periodic) mode on one and the same experimental plant with constant control over reaction of photo-receiver to influence by means of recording of video sequence onto computer hard drive.
