FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating diseases of the upper respiratory tract or predicting pathological processes or diseases of nasal cavitary mucosa and paranasal sinuses and, also, developing new techniques for studying biological liquids. The suggested method deals with obtaining the liquid substrate out of polyp tissue of the upper respiratory tract or mucosa of the upper respiratory tract due to homogenization for further centrifuging for 15 min at the rate of 900 g, supernatant obtained at the quantity of 2.0-2.5 mcl should be applied onto glass surface as a drop to be dried due to wedge-shaped or marginal dehydration to obtain the solid-phase structure. The innovation enables to obtain biological liquid in native, maximally natural state being useful for morphological investigation due to wedge-shaped and marginal dehydration techniques.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
