FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of assessing the general and local health, a weighed portion of visceral tissues 1.0 g is frozen at -18°C. Further, it is homogenized in a mortar with deionised water 0.5 ml added, and frozen again at -18°C. An electrode of an ultrasonic apparatus is introduced into the frozen homogenate to be exposed to ultrasound for several seconds at frequency 44.4 kHz, amplitude 30-50 mcm until the homogenate is melted. Then, the homogenate is centrifuged at +25°C for 20 minutes at 10.000 g. The prepared supernatant is collected in a laboratory dropper, and a drop of fluid 2.5 mcl is applied on a degreased glass slide. After the preparation is dry 24 h later, it is inspected under the microscope to describe a solid phase of a biological fluid - a facia.

EFFECT: method allows obtaining a total amount of tissue fluid free from the cell membrane structures, and thereby assessing the specific metabolic properties of the specific tissue.
