FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a biological fluid for morphological study involving producing a fluid substrate of biological tissue by homogenisation; the homogenate is centrifuged for 15 minutes at 900 g; the produced supernatant in the amount 2.0-2.5 mcl is dropped on a glass surface and dried by cone or marginal dehydration to prepare a solid-phase structure, and biological tissue is tonsillar tissue of a patient suffering chronic tonsillitis.
EFFECT: method enables early diagnosing physiological and pathophysiological body status.
