SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially fixing time of question asked by a patient during a talk and information resistance parameter τ1 is determined that is numerically equal to the fixed time, time of information input into computer done by operator and information resistance parameter τ2 is determined that is numerically equal to the fixed time. Time is fixed that is required for operation to pronounce information introduced into the computer in mind. Information memory parameter n2 is determined from mathematical expression n2=0.3dτ1, where d is the number of letters in text input into the computer. Time required for becoming aware of information in each question τ02. information rigidity parameter L2 is determined from mathematical expression L2 = 3τ02τ1. Answer time is fixed for each operator and his information resistance parameter τ3 is determined that is numerically equal to the fixed time.
