SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring heart beat rate HBR, critical frequency of light flicker fusion CFLFF, latent period of sensomotor response LPSR, time required for holding static load of submaximum level SLSML. IST-value is determined in carrying out 5 min long step-test. 2 min later, Hench test is carried out and expiration breath-holding time is measured (HT). Integral index of sportsman working capacity SW is calculated from received results using formula WS=0.191 HT+0.295 IST+0.052 SLSML-0.002 HBR-0.155 LPSR.
EFFECT: high reliability of estimated sportsman working capacity.
