FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of sports physiology and medicine, namely to functional diagnostics. Measured is minute volume of breath and heartbeat frequency at functional load. All measurements are carried out in state of rest respiratory muscle, minute volume is measured in initial state and at end of functional load with increasing inhalation hypercapnia at content of carbon dioxide of 7.5 vol. % in inhaled air. Heart rate is measured in initial state and at end of functional load with increasing inhalation hypoxia in oxygen 11 vol. % in inhaled air. Assessed chemo-reactive index of fitness (HIF) of body cardiorespiratory system by original formula. With HIF in range of 28-38 % inclusive, conclusion is made on good sportsman fitness, outside specified interval is on insufficient fitness of sportsman in sports associated with cyclic aerobic muscular activity, accompanied by volitional delays of breathing. When HIT in range of 44-58 % inclusive, conclusion is made on good sportsman fitness, outside specified interval is on insufficient fitness of sportsman in sports associated with cyclic aerobic muscular activity without voluntary delays of breathing. With HIT in range of 62-78 % inclusive, conclusion is made on good sportsman fitness, outside the specified interval is on insufficient trained sportsman in sports associated with acyclic muscular activity with sharp changes in power load power or high-speed pattern.
EFFECT: method allows without use of physical exercises of different intensity and pattern, determine fitness of body and is universal for use in different types of sports: type of movements-cyclic and acyclic, as well as at intensity of important trained element-volitional control pattern of breathing.
