FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: device has length-composite threaded bar made of two parts connected together at plane of perpendicular axis of threaded bar for turn and fixation, and units for fixing fragments of bone, which units are mounted onto threaded bar. Mutually conjugated surfaces of parts of bar, which part contact each other when during fixation, are made with radial teeth. Unit for fixing fragment of bone has slider with opening. Unit has threaded rod disposed in perpendicular to axis of slider and put apart. Rod is made integral with slider. Unit also has transosseous member holder provided with mutual-perpendicular openings and for transosseous member. Locking nuts are mounted onto threaded rod and threaded bar; nuts have radial teeth at one of side surfaces. There are also limiting nuts and counter-nuts. One end of opening in slider for threaded bar, one end of opening in holder for threaded rod and one end of opening in holder for transosseous member are made with radial teeth to interact with radial teeth of locking nuts.
EFFECT: widened functional abilities; improved efficiency of treatment.
