SUBSTANCE: milling cutter includes body with seats distributed along its circle for mounting teeth with cylindrical stems. In order to lower labor consumption for making and sharpening, seats are in the form of cylindrical openings and stems of teeth have cross notches and they are fixed by means of rivets of ductile metal.
EFFECT: improved design of disc milling cutter, lowered labor consumption for making it.
