FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation and rocket technology, in particular, for outer heat protection. Complex heat-protective coating of the metal structures of the airframe of high-speed aerial vehicles includes multiple heat insulation layers. One layer is made of a low-density organic or inorganic composite material with a high-melt filler made of inorganic gas-filled or evacuated microspheres. The other heat-protective layer is made of an erosion-resistant ablative reinforced composite material consisting of a polymer binder and two types of high-melt fillers, a fibre filler forming a volumetrically woven fabric, and a nanodispersed powder of oxides or carbides of transition metals, whereon a protective intumescent-type varnish and paint coating is applied. The layers are tightly interconnected.
EFFECT: weight is reduced.
