FIELD: road and aerodrome building, particularly equipment to control asphalt concrete motor road and aerodrome paving.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises trailed instrument with measuring system. The measuring system comprises electric motor, the first reduction gear with driving gear wheel, two magnetic powder couplings having energizing coils and gear wheels, recording and control units, the second reduction gear with central gear wheel, rotation angle encoder, master gear and cross-beam with axis installed in hinge. The energizing coils of magnetic powder couplings and rotation angle encoder are linked one to another through recording and control unit. Master gear is connected to rotation angle encoder by means of cross-beam and hinge so that the cross-beam and master gear may rotate in horizontal plane through α angle with respect to vehicle movement axis.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of measurements made on roads having different longitudinal and transversal profiles.
