FIELD: medicine; gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: anti-endomysium antibody concentration, IV type collagen, immunoglobulin M, T lymphocytes and plasmacytes in mucosal layer of intestine are evaluated in blood serum of patients, which are prescribed the agluten diet and symptomatic therapy, before treatment and in 3 weeks after starting treatment. The stable remission is predicted when anti-endomysium antibodies decrease from 1:160 to 1:20, IV type collagen decreases from more than 332.0 ng/ml to 66.0 ng/ml, immunoglobulin M increases from 0.5 g/l to 0.9 g/l; T lymphocytes decrease from 22.5 U/mm to 8.0 U/mm and plasmacytes decrease from 47.3 U/mm2 to 15.2 U/mm2 in proper mucose layer; and density, shape definition and continuity of basal membrane of epithelium and blood vessels are increased.
EFFECT: method provides more precise prediction of gluten enteropathy course.
