SUBSTANCE: short-impulse discharge is formed between electrodes of display element, while adjustment of brightness of addressed image elements is performed by changing number of gas discharges in each image frame.
EFFECT: increased light efficiency and lifetime of indication elements of direct current plasma panel during display of video information.
