SUBSTANCE: method involves analyzing individual risk factors. Unfavorable biological and social factors acting upon mother organism before and after pregnancy are taken into account with concomitant somatic and gynecological diseases, hereditary predisposition, social and domestic life conditions, gestation course, concomitant somatic child diseases and its stomatological status. Each factor receives known amount of points. Their total sum is calculated. The value being from 103 to 108, low risk of speech disorders is predicted. 108.1-154 points being the case, moderate risk is predicted. 154.1-282 points being the case, high risk of speech disorders is predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
